Could some sort of GPWS, similar to a G496 be worked in to SD mobile? I appreciate there is a flight profile which does give a very rough indication of terrain but there is nothing like seeing an amber warning and "red" warnings with point of impact? I'm thinking about from the POV of an engine failure in IMC, you want to glide clear of terrain and stand a much better chance of clearing IMC and therefore setting down safely if you have a "plan" view of terrain?
